Marylou was fantastic and made our home purchase a pleasure and seamless. She took care of all the details from top to bottom. She was always available if we had questions, a true pro that knew the area and worked with us anytime we needed her. I would give her 6 stars if I could.

Because Marylou did such an amazing job representing us as buyers; it was a no-brainer to ask her to represent us as sellers. She is so very kind, thoughtful, professional and knowledgeable. This transaction was so smooth and so stress free. If we were staying in the area, she would be our agent for life! We cannot say enough good things about Marylou and how terrific the sale of our home went!

We met Marylou at one of her open houses. She shared her background and approach to buying and selling homes. We were instantly impressed and appreciated her professionalism and that she was not a pushy sales person. She performed a thorough analysis of the property we were interested in purchasing and helped us to negotiate pricing and early possession so we could move in in two weeks. She worked closely with the HOA, our lender, the title company, and the seller’s agent. She is thorough, patient, professional, responsive, and genuinely a nice person. We are so fortunate to have met Marylou and that she was available to represent us and guide us on our home buying journey. Honest review, 5 stars across the board. Marylou is very knowledgeable and clearly does her research diligently, she's very patient when answering questions and clarifying confusion, and she's generally very responsive. You can tell she's constantly advocating for her client's best interest, something I really appreciated. She also takes initiative in helping you get set up with the various inspections or service calls needed, she's just helpful all-around. I think you'll be in very good hands working with Marylou.
