(August 28, 2022, 10:26 pm)This location is amazing. I had a slight issue with my order (nothing to bother writing about). The manager quickly rectified it. She was pleasant and accommodating. This is the type of costumer service everyone deserves. It says a lot that I am writing about their excellent customer service and not the mistake with my order. It happens. How it is handled is what matters.
(April 30, 2022, 8:15 pm)Finally El Pollo loco that will give me my quesadilla with fresh cilantro cheese and chicken. It seems like it's pulling a leg these days just to get that regular quesadilla that I used to always get growing up. Normally they always say no this one said yes I appreciate it.
