The Drone Repair | DJI Phantom | Mavic Pro

While in Spain shooting a promo video for a tour company, Insider's Camino, my DJI Mini 3 Pro got stuck in a tree, 30 feet up. The only way to get it down was to knock it out of the branch with a rock (not recommended but the alternative was leaving it in Spain). A pilgrim from Germany scored a direct hit, it fell to the ground but the gimbal was damaged. Sent it in to The Drone Repair and they worked their magic. The drone is back in the air and, so far, "tree free". A big thanks to The Drone Repair! Great job!

The Drone Repair was the ONLY drone repair shop that I could find who were willing to work on a broken front arm of my Mavic 4 Pro, INCLUDING DJI! Five different shops were either unable or unwilling to look at DJI's newest drone in the Mavic series.

The Drone Repair quickly diagnosed the problem and began work about a week later. The repair frankly took a couple of weeks longer than expected, but it was returned well-boxed in what appears to be excellent condition. I appreciated that they paid for the return shipping and that I had the option to pay for shipping insurance.

Their communication on the status of the repair could have been better, but I was pleased overall with my experience with The Drone Repair. I will use them again if the need arises.

The Drone Repair did an outstanding job fixing my Mavic 4. It’s wonderful to have it back and flying perfectly again! I really appreciate the skill and care that went into the repair and the excellent communication throughout what I know was a long process.

I completely understand how difficult it must have been to get the necessary parts, and I’m grateful they stuck with it and got the job done right. Hopefully I won’t need drone repairs again anytime soon — but it’s incredibly reassuring to know that The Drone Repair is there if I do.
