  Lived here for several years and it's a great place! Customer Service from the front office and friendly maintenance employees. Walking and biking trails connect to the property. Pools are great (before Covid19 :( )

  Brett, Allison and Taryn made our move as smooth as possible. We were moving from Alameda to Irvine. Due to covid19 we could not have in person tour. Brett emailed me very detailed pictures of the townhouse. When I moved the townhouse net all my expectations. It’s very nice and clean townhouse, very good appliances. Actually very quiet area. I barely hear any noises. Brett, Allison and Taryn are so nice. They were answering all my questions and emailing back very quickly. On my request to put a new shelf in the refrigerator they sent a maintenance within a couple of hours and put a new shelf in the fridge. I feel very happy here so far. I like the way how all the staff are responsive and very polite and very nice. Even though I email them all the time with any questions they are extremely polite to me.

  Great service, prompt, professional, friendly, clear, concise, great first impression of representatives, and apartment community. All questions answered in a timely fashion via phone or email, felt very much at home, and hope it stays like that during my time here. Taryn and Allison were accessible and swift in their dealings with me. Thank you.

  Although I decided to live at another Irvine Company Appartment Complex I have to take a minute and really talk great about Brett Bader at the Turtle Rock Vista. He was very pleasant, well informed and he provided me with great customer service. Thank you Brett!
