(July 31, 2019, 5:13 pm)I walked in to Cathay bank on last Saturday before they close , Ms. SuMei lin was a very professional banker . I was very pleased with my visit and satisfied !
However , there was a lady seems to be the manager on the phone so loudly with the client , I wish they could speak on the phone more privately .and quietly to consider other customers who around them .
