My sales associate, Kareem, was knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and made the leasing process very simple. We worked over the phone for the first part of the deal, and then finalized it within 1.5 hours at the dealership; I could not believe how quickly everyone involved worked to get me through the process. I highly recommend purchasing or leasing your next car at Tom Bush BMW (ask for Kareem Elmelige when you do)!
(August 14, 2021, 9:29 am)I had nothing but JOY at the Tom Bush BMW company on Blanding Blvd this week. I was always looking for another BMW SUV but couldn’t find one with the right price, color and packages on them that I wanted. I found this vehicle and I am Elated!!
Kareem, the Salesman was absolutely amazing and wonderful!! I actually had fun discovering this car and with the help of Kareem, it was a breeze!
Speaking with Jorge the Finance Manager was fun too!! I never thought spending money for a vehicle would be such a great experience. Well, this one was!!

(June 28, 2021, 6:43 pm)I have been a Tom Bush BMW client for about a year now. The service I have received from Tommy and the technicians has been superb. Specifically, Tommy provides friendly service, remembers his clients, and goes above and beyond. The facility is also clean and accommodating.
I need to mention that I live closer to another BMW dealership (about 45 minutes closer). Tom Bush has earned my trust by accurately diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. Also, they not recommend services that are truly not needed. Thank you for the excellent service!
(June 26, 2021, 11:04 am)The service here at BMW of Orange Park is absolutely incredible! From the receptionist all the way up to Finance. My credit score is fairly average but they got me a great interest rate ( much better than I thought I’d get) My salesman (Sonny) was honest and listened to my needs, but mostly you could tell he cared! Thank you!!
Update: 06/2021 Purchased a BMW 5 series through BMW of OP again due to their incredible customer service. Once again you defied all my expectations and delivered a first class product. The entire staff is absolutely amazing and Sonny continues to be the best Sales Person out there. He is not typical and will fight for your business. Thanks again for the great experience!
