(November 18, 2022, 1:54 am)Dr. Yap is truly one of a kind. I called at least eight different GI offices to schedule an appointment for an urgent problem my dad was having. All of them were booked out 2-3 months. Dr. Yap personally texted me to promptly set up an appointment and even pre-booked an endoscopy and colonoscopy. My dad was very pleased by his bedside manner and compassion. I texted Dr. Yap at 10:30 pm on a Thursday night to get biopsy results, and to my surprise, he texted me screenshots of chart notes and biopsy results right away. I have never known a doctor to act that promptly with patient messages. I have found my family's GI doctor for life. We will never see anyone else.

His personality is outstanding. He is taking his time to listen to his patients very carefully and answer all your questions in details .
He makes sure that when you leave his office you have been taking care off.
I highly recommended him.
His office personnel are very kind and precise in their work and following up with your appointments, test results .
Easy to make appointments and they work around your time .
Office atmosphere and neatness are completely satisfisfying .
Waiting are fairly well.
My total experience with Yap was super great.
