(November 1, 2022, 1:00 pm)We'd tried a few firms in the past to attempt to solve a persistent mouse issue, and for the first time in 3+ years, I feel like we can now declare our home is mouse-free due to Treebark. They are fantastic communicators, always react immediately, provide quite reasonable rates, and are extremely courteous. They are excellent at following up, and you can tell they really care about resolving the issue. While I don't expect to have mice again, I would definitely employ Treebark again.
(October 17, 2022, 4:45 am)For my parents-in-house, law's we employed Treebark Termite. Mark spent more than two hours inspecting our house for termites. He was meticulous and professional. He also came on schedule, and we had our report within a few days. From start to finish, we were quite pleased with the service. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone. They are wonderful.
(October 15, 2022, 9:06 pm)Treebark has just finished tenting our house to get rid of termites. Their expertise, diversity of services, and quick execution really wowed me. They properly described the procedure and schedule, provided us all the measures to do to prepare, and met all of their responsibilities - and their pricing was half that of the major national pest removal firms. I couldn't give them 6 stars, so 5 will have to suffice!
(October 11, 2022, 3:08 pm)I'd never utilised pest control before, so I had no idea which firm to choose. Treebark Termite and Pest Control was the most responsive, upfront about the costs (which included two visits, which was great! ), didn't ask as many annoying questions as the other companies, checked all possible areas in our apartment, covered up any holes where mice/rats could enter, and sprayed to keep the roaches away. My follow-up visit is next week, but thus far their services have been excellent, and I would contact them again if I ever required them!
(October 11, 2022, 3:47 am)When I discovered carpenter ants, I contacted Treebark Termite and Pest Control. They arrived within 24 hours, provided excellent customer service, confirmed the presence of carpenter ants, and sprayed! They gave me a text message with the agreement and payment gateway, so it was a cinch! I'm in the process of relocating and didn't need anything extra added to my day, so I'm glad I called this firm! At our new home, we will sign a contract with them!

I called them and scheduled an initial pest control service for four times in a week and their technician never ever showed up for four times in a row. Their technician didn't even give me a call to say anything. They don't provide you a number to reach their technician directly either.
