“I’ve had my entire upper and lower teeth capped with zirconium with Dr. Lim. Yes, all 28 of them (no wisdom teethes). To anyone who is seriously thinking about a crown or two, perhaps repairing cracked molars or even dreaming about that Hollywood smile, do yourself a huge favor and visit Dr. Lim. I had worked with Dr. Lim over several months, due to my schedule, and replaced my cracked molars, stained and miss-aligned teethes. I chose the zirconium crowns, as I discovered that they will last me longer than all other options, and chose to “bite-the-bullet”, no pun intended, and replace all of them over four months time. After a year, I can honestly say that, my decision in selecting Dr. Lim was the best decision I could have made for myself. Dr, Lim is a fastidious perfectionist and most of all, takes a great pride in his work. His attention to detail and unapologetic expectation from himself as well as others he employs and commissions the work for the construction of his patient’s crowns, were singularly impressive. In my case, the last minute fitting of a single crown of 28 crowns, wasn’t satisfactory for Dr. Lim, who immediately called up the fabricator and had the crown re-done. Dr. Lim wasn’t about to accept his work of art to an unsatisfactory fabrication of a single crown. That, I appreciated more than all other. While they are my teethes, Dr. Lim will always be my Dentist. Thank you Dr. Lim Again and again… Joseph”

“Dr. B is the BEST! I had an EXTREME phobia and fear of the dentist before coming to I-Smile. Like seriously, take someone you know who can’t stand the dentist and multiply it by 100 and you have me. Dr. B and Bru were so incredibly kind, patient, and understanding with me. I definitely teared up the first time I was in the chair because of how nervous/anxious I was but felt fully accepted and not embarrassed by it. If it weren’t for the initial kindness when scheduling my first appointment and Bru being reassuring of Dr. B, I most likely would have flaked… Let me tell you, I’m SO GLAD I kept to it and worked on my phobia with this team. Dr. B is a straight up dental artist! He’s extremely patient, gentle, kind, talented, and reasonable. I had received x-rays a year prior from a different office and they came to me with outrageous costs, procedures, and I could tell they weren’t being honest and were in it for the $$$… Thank you I-Smile for working with me! I’m so glad my fear of the dentist is pretty much gone after getting work done here! My personal tip (if you’re anything like me) is to bring a cozy blanket, earphones, and some lavender essential oil when you’re getting a filling. They do offer Netflix though, which I watched during my 2nd apt for cleaning with Dr. B!”

I felt they were really trying to provide me with what I needed instead of just trying to “sell” me something. I had braces as a teen and things have now shifted. I thought about getting brackets but didn’t want to have them showing. The InBrace product was exactly what I needed. No one knows I am wearing it until I show them. “The thing that struck me most was Dr. Um introducing herself as 'Mary'. I've been to more dental professionals in my life than I care to count, not a single one failed to introduce themselves as Dr. Something-or-other. Perhaps it's a small thing, but it made a world of difference in putting me at ease and making the visit start off on the right foot. Following the visit I got a call regarding additional concerns that came to light after further examination of my scans. That was another 1st for me. I'm going to let all of my teeth rot so I can spend more time at Ivy Endodontic Group, feeling like a person in need of medical attention and not just a bunch of $$$$. 30 or 40 more visits like this and who knows, maybe my faith in humanity will be restored. 😊”

Dr.Kim is very good dentist who had done root canal and tooth extraction for my kid. It was painless and great works. My kid was felt very comfortable with Dr.Kim.
