“Every member of the staff is always approachable, kind, and professional in my own personal experience. While ideally each and every kindness should be appreciated by everyone at all times, it can be especially positively impactful when dealing with painful or scary issues with your own health or that of a loved one. Although not everybody is a fan of stairs, and one or both sets at this location are a bit narrow, they are conveniently located on either end of the building and an elevator with room for 4 to 8 persons close to the south end exists for those with mobility issues (or anyone just not in the mood for some exercise). Having the entire second floor of the building to themselves, the waiting room is very spacious and complimentary water is thoughtfully provided from a cistern with plenty of cups, which is admirably environmentally conscious as it avoid wasting plastic through prolific use of plastic water bottles that are disposed after short use on a daily basis. At a glance, it seems seating for 30-plus people exists here. For the tech savvy patients or caretakers, they utilize convenient online resources and if there are any problems with logging into the system the front desk is very capable of handling and resolving most issues without having to call some IT guy or leaving you to solve the problem on your own.”

It fixed my sleep apnea, helped me breathe normally and cured a few other related health issues. My quality of life is so much better now. My grandson always looks forward to seeing his doctor. When he moved from the Irvine office, near our residence, to Fountain Valley, we followed him. I have 3 grown children and 5 grandchildren and have always had a good relationship with their pediatricians, but Dr. Widjaja is by far my favorite.”

“Dr. Wong was unusually thorough and confident in his examination of my nose and face following a bad fall. Most doctors there days look mostly at their screen and type throughout the visit, but Dr Wong spent all of his time examining me and asking pertinent questions. I really appreciated his attention. Even though I had to wait a good 45 minutes to see him, I felt that if he gives everyone the care he gave me, it was well worth it.”

“I have to write a review after my visit! First off, the office is very clean and the music playing is awesome! The front desk staff was so sweet and check in was quick! Dr. Scott was my dentist, and he was very thorough and made sure I was comfortable with the treatment I received before moving forward. I was given a deep cleaning with hygienist Crystal, and she was seriously so good at her job. She took her time giving me shots as needed, made sure I was comfy, and really did an amazing job.. Although it did hurt at some points, I make sure to brush really well now! I'll going back in July.”
