She is very professional, friendly, and knows the product inside and out (in our case, Hunter Douglas honeycomb shades). She also did multiple pricing quotes for us with very quick turnarounds. The installer, Pierce, was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a quick and clean installation. “I bought my bed a month ago and LOVE the way it feels. I really like the quality of the material and the way it conforms to my body. Mel was great in recommending me what I needed based on what I was telling I was looking for. The fact that you can change the pads from soft - hard was great for me as I love hard surfaces and my wife loves the extra soft cushion. With this bed we were able to get what we were looking for as when I hit the bed I fall asleep right away. I also ordered the comforter and pillows which makes things much nicer for the bed.
