“This man Kevin, in the speedo is hands down the best physical therapist! I came in May 2022 with a torn ACL and meniscus very distraught and discouraged that I may never lifeguard, swim, run, or lift weights the same again. All thanks to Kevin and Marcos, with pre rehab before surgery and post rehab I was able to swim 2 months after my surgery! In this picture Kevin and I completed a run/swim event as a milestone in my recovery. While I still have 9 months left in my recovery I am feeling stronger everyday and my confidence has grown so much! I’m so grateful I found Select Physical Therapy in Irvine. Everything here is pretty expensive, so we came here more for the experience but the staff were very friendly if you did need help picking our plants.”

“Dr Girnita is amazing. One of the best doctors I’ve ever gone to see. She cares about you and takes the time to explain things so you understand. And besides all of that, she looks at the big picture with your health instead of just her specialties, and recommends the correct other specialists to see if necessary. And she also deep dives on your medical history. I haven’t seen another doctor be that thorough.
