Kathy is the best travel agent I have ever used. Not only is she professional. She gets back to you with prices and options promptly. She was able to get us discounts that other travel agents didn’t know existed. For example. We had to cancel a cruise do to covid. She re booked on same boat. Was able to upgrade us. Best of all same trip she was able to save us $1900 on the rebooking.
