(September 25, 2022, 12:36 pm)Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos apparently attempted to do a repair which they failed at after 2 visits took my daughter's call to Altune, they immediately diagnosed the problem, actually did the repair Norm Reeves charge me for and my daughter's car now is up and running as it should. Norm Reeves Honda is an absolute disappointment and so very expensive too.

(April 30, 2022, 3:52 pm)Took my vehicle to All Tune and Lube. Went in for a wheel alignment and rotation. Also my TPMS light was on for a bit. While the repair was going on I was notified of another issue. When I questioned it, they were ready to provide pictures to see what they were seeing while doing the main repair. When a company is transparent and wants to show you proof and not hide. Says a lot about the integrity of the company. If you have car issues this is the place to have them look at it.
