(May 16, 2023, 10:13 pm)I took my mom here for Mother's Day. The place opened at 12 noon and we were 2nd in line at 11:30. That should give you a sense of this place. We got sat right away. My mom's dish here is the Arroz Con Camaron, which is shrimp cooked in a cheese ranchera sauce. That alone would make us go back. This is a neighborhood staple. I would rather go here than El Toriro due to the family atmosphere. I wish they would re-open the bar though

(February 28, 2023, 8:34 pm)We’re regulars. Local and always good, we especially love the lemon cilantro chicken and the chili relenos. But honestly we’ve had just about everything on the menu and it’s all really good. Reasonable prices for the amount you get.

(January 28, 2023, 1:00 pm)Dining here over40 yrs. Best flavor, generous portions, servers dedicated, kitchen amazing as we have never sent food back for a correction. Love love love. They have daily specials that save $3-4 dollars a plate. Go now!

(March 5, 2022, 10:02 pm)The restaurant was pretty busy when we got there but we luckily managed to get indoor seating. I like how nicely decorated the place is and the staff were fairly kind as well.
As far as food goes, I really enjoyed the meat and portion sizes. I also loved that the food was loaded with cheese, though beware if you're lactose intolerant.
