(June 27, 2020, 2:37 pm)I was fortunate to have done Katies 6 week transformation program. I was in point in my life where I was depressed and had no desire to be active. Katie created a weekly workout and nutrition plan. Yoga is my jam so she incorporated yoga elements and weight training to my program which I loved. Having someone to check-in with on a regular basis and doing weekly recaps got me to start getting active again. Not only was I back to being active but emotionally I felt happy again. Even following weeks after the program we kept in touch. Till this day she's always checking in. She truly cares about her clients. I definitely recommend Katie. She has something for everyone.
