I mean like it’s a middle school you can’t expect it to be A W E S O M E... like ya there were suicideds there in 2016-2017 but that school was life changing because it showed me life isn’t some perfect place with a ton of perfect people and pefect teachers or friends. Ya my teachers were pretty awesome and they might have other teachers that weren’t so awesome but think of it this way, it’s not the whole school it’s the single person. And who knows maybe u read a bad review from a student that always turned in stuff late... or didn’t try that hard to pay attention. And to me it’s true kids WILL BULLY YOU it’s gonna happen I knew plenty of different people in different “cliques” that got bullied and you know what the WORLD IS AN IMPERFECT PLACE!!!! So remember it’s the single person/student that had or made it a bad experience, not the school.
I went to LRMS for 3 years and graduated. My experience was that the food isn't the healthiest. The only really "healthy" thing is a chicken salad and turkey sandwich and fruit and vegetable side dishes. I won't lie. I've had some crazy teachers and substitutes over the years. ranging from a teacher that has anger issues to a sub that ranted about feminism while we corrected a jump start. However. This school has many teachers that are amazing and I will remember their lessons for a long time. Their dress code is a bit on the strict side, from what I remember: No shirts that show your shoulder, No bra straps visible, no sheer clothing, no explicit graphic t-shirts, no shorts that reach above your thumb/ finger tips (its a little wishy washy?) no open toed shoes unless there "sturdy", No spaghetti straps, and No sagging. I understand the reason for most of these, but the shoulders seem a little over the top. On bullying. This school is not perfect, there ARE bullies but definantly less! It's music program is superb on my experience. Last year their Orchestra played at high school level in competitions. They teach Spanish classes as well and home EC, they also have a robotics elective with near new equipment (New from last year 2015). My years at LRMS were very memorable with all the school activities such as: competition for the best 1st period class, the big duck sale event, and the many elaborate dances they pull together. The field trips were the best, but the average student only goes on guaranteed trips in 8th grade. To go to knotts berry farm for science and to go to knotts or medieval times for graduation. The relatively small campus and wonderful teachers really grew on me and it was sad to walk off it's campus for the last time last year. I'd recommend the Ladera Ranch Lions experience to anyone, the heart of the school is truly like a lion. And you may hear it's current principal Dr. Duarte roar at the end of every other announcement.

The sixth and seventh graders sometimes act like monkeys to me
Gum is a big problem
The global kids need to get better at editing their videos in the school news
The cameras are fine by me but at the same time, they creep me out by 5%
I Don't care About:
