  I stayed at Laguna Riviera in November 2018 what an amazing stay.
  I came to California for surgery and needed a place to stay that was very peaceful and clean and I could not have picked a better place. From check-in to check out everything was perfect. The receptionist at the desk was so kind and helpful in fact everybody that worked there that I came in contact with was amazing so kind and willing to help make our stay more comfortable.
  The view was perfect I watched the ocean and waves from my bed, it could not have been better. How Beautiful!!
  I am returning for a follow up in December and Laguna Riviera will be the place I choose to stay again. Thank You thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

  My family spent a night at Laguna Riviera at the end of September. We had such a great time! Kris, the manager, was AMAZING. Anytime we asked for something he made sure we were taken care of. Any questions I had, he was right there with an answer for us. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure our stay was a good one. Colleen and Kaya were both so awesome as well. They both were so helpful and also made sure we were taken care of. We reserved a room that was having work done during our stay so we were upgraded at no extra cost to a deluxe room with it's own private deck.
  
  We had our service dog with us and we had ZERO trouble. We have stayed at hotels before who have given us attitude about having a dog, even after they are told she is service. However Laguna Riviera was very welcoming and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them or the resort by having our service animal.
  
  Yes, there is limited parking in the courtyard, but there is a private underground parking area, just ask!
  
  This was our first family vacation to the beach and it could not have gone better. The service we received from Laguna Riviera is BEYOND COMPARE. This will be THE ONLY resort we book when we go back to the beach. In fact, we WILL BE BACK very soon!!
