Donovan, Katie, and John were all exceptionally patient and helpful in guiding us through the process of picking out a new carpet based on our current home design and lifestyle. We went with a local company that had the carpet in stock so the installation was within a week of picking it out! The installation team was efficient and thorough. Super happy with the results and overall experience.
