I had a wonderful experience with Pelvic Sanity! I was nervous about the invasive process of this type of physical therapy at first, but Dr. Analise was both comforting and professional making the experience easy. It took some time, but my urgency and painful bladder symptoms improved dramatically from this treatment. I highly recommend Pelvic Sanity and Dr. Analise.

I was in a great deal of pain and in panic mode after I sprained my pelvic floor with an
improper exercise trainer. Pelvic Floor was there for me right away trying to find openings for me. The staff is very warm, friendly and kind. My doctor who worked with me was a sweet angel. I recommend this place highly. They are caring and after a few visits, while not yet "cured" I was experiencing great relief. Thank you to all of you at Pelvic Sanity for saving my sanity!!!!

I had been seeing Dr. Kelsey during my second pregnancy and the work she did really made a difference with many of my pelvic floor issues. She even made sure I felt prepared for the labor and delivery process. My OB was always so impressed with the feedback and information I would give her during my prenatal appointments. Kelsey’s work is extremely client-centered, as she took the time to listen to my concerns at each appointment and work on them as needed. Thank you Dr. Kelsey and the whole team!

After 3 years of pain and urgency which lead to severe anxiety and weight loss, I reached out to Dr. Nicole after finding her online after seeing multiple general practitioners. Urologists and a urogynecologist. Only the the urogynecologist had any interest in helping AND had the knowledge to do so. At that time my anxiety needed to be addressed before I could withstand any treatment and I just felt defeated. So when I reached out to Dr. Nicole, I was optimistic but not sure how she would be able to help.
Wow! The hour long consult provided me with a lot of useful information, a plan going forward with a local PT and most of, hope for recovery.
I would highly recommend consulting with Dr. Nicole I’d you are suffering with pelvic pain/bladder issues and your healthcare provider can’t offer you a solution that works.

Over the past few months I have had numerous pelvic floor related issues. Analise has helped me sort through them and even recommended a urogynecologist who will be a member of my pelvic floor team. It's been a challenging journey but she never gave up on me. We now have a plan and I will continue to work with her. She's bright, dedicated and compassionate. I feel grateful she's part of my medical team.
