We have had a relationship with this office for the last five years.

For 30 years Our son has had a potentially life threatening seizure disorder. This office was able to diagnose the issues and come up with effective affordable maintenance solutions.

Last year, my wife started have complex migraines so severe they required hospitalization , Dr Loc who actually specializes in migraines was able to stop the migraines dead in its tracks.

This is easily the most effective neurologist office we have worked with in 30 years

I’ve seen Dr. Shen for over a year for numbness on my right arm, legs, and headache. My initial consultation, EMGs, all follow-ups went great and was seen almost always promptly on time! I am used to couple hours of delay to be seen at other specialty Doctors office, so I really appreciate to be seen within +/- 10 minutes. Dr. Shen really listens to your concerns and explains in understandable terms. I am grateful to be his patient!

I saw Dr Shen today for a consultation & EMG of both arms. I was pleasantly surprised 🤗 as I had seen some bad reviews and was apprehensive. Those reviews are Totally Unfair! Dr Shen is an Excellant Dr. I was seen in a timely manner. His assistant was professional. When he interred the room he was very pleasant was well versed in the reasons my Neurosurgeon had referred me to him. During my test he explained each thing he was about to do. After the test he fully informed me about his findings & referred me to another facility to obtain 2 splints & a Ortho Hand Dr. Both of these things are designed to ease my pain as much as possible while I wait to see if Cervical surgery is possible. Dr Shen was compassionate about my whole body and could see the entire picture of my very complex medical situation. I look forward to seeing him again in 6months 👨‍⚕️
