I phoned Saddleback Appliance today, Thursday, and worked with Brigette to get her a new microwave. The new microwave was installed today, Thursday and all is good. Awesome customer service. When I first phoned I got a real person immediately, how refreshing. Highly recommend Saddleback Appliances.
