Teresa is such an knowledgeable and wonderful coach. I found Venus Health at the beginning of the year in 2022 and I have absolutely ZERO regrets. Venus Health has given me direction in my meal plans to workout routines and even just every day life. She has help me tremendously in my health journey. I am constantly given so much support and kindness. It truly makes me feel amazing inside and out. I'm so grateful to have found a wonderful health coach in the Orange County area.
