I love the staff at the Laguna Skin Center. Always friendly, professional and knowledgeable about services and products. Can get an appointment pretty quickly when I call to book, good availability. The office is always very clean and presentable and managed well. Would highly recommend Laguna Skin Center!!

To be totally honest, I had been to a number of dermatologist and no one bothered to look or tell me my itch skin on my back and arms came from my pinched neck nerves and disk.

On my first appointment, Dr. Alai superbly found the problem, one which none of my prior doctors had ever found. My previous doctors had been injecting my spots on my arms for years, but not one of them helped me like Dr. Alai did.

I am really also very impressed by the office's Covid precautions, cleanliness and strict hygiene for all patients and staff. Everything is covered by sheets and hygienic paper, and someone checks your temperature on your way in, does hand sanitizer for you on your way in and out, and there is some type of shoe disinfecting mat you walk through.

I always feel very comfortable and confident with my care here.

I rate The Skin Center as 5 stars all the way possible. I love the doctors and they are totally thorough, painless, and caring. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone with holistic interests, and who also want to have the doctor look at the whole picture. Very, very thorough!

I have been coming here to help with my some things that had popped up on my face and neck and thank God I came in because the doctor had me test a suspicious mole on my neck with a biopsy. We caught it early and are taking care of it. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication to your work so that you do not over look these things.
