Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I love Valvoline oil changes. They're quick and you don't even have to get out of your car.

These guys were awesome. No appointment needed but I got there around 8:30. I went to Pep Boys first and they required an appointment for an oil change even when there bays were all empty. Valvoline employees were professional, FAST-20 minute turnaround and maintained COVID compliance. I just stayed in my vehicle. They even answered questions I had about my vehicle - was the existing engine oil dirty? Just low. How's the tire pressure in the front passenger tire? All tire pressure was set to 36 lbs. They did recommend I needed a new air filter. Which is usually the standard upsell for these places. They showed it to me. It was dirty but I did not want to pay 30$ for a new one. I usually buy it online. They even found a discount coupon online and applied it to my invoice. Overall positive experience.

Great service every time. Staff is always respectful, the prices are fair, the service is fast and they are very knowledgeable about the service they provide. 4th time here and I've never had a bad experience. It's usually about a 20 min wait but the service is fast. You never have to get out of your vehicle. Thank you Valvoline for your hard work. Sucks that they have to work in a heated environment. If I could donate some AC units I would.
