Nellie Gail Urgent Care - Laguna Hills

We originally found this place with usual things that goes on with our teenagers and immediately noticed the difference in care with other urgent cares. The staff is professional, caring and attentive to the patient's issues. The doctor that we have seen is very knowledgeable and able to handle the task . It's as if we have a caring family doctor !

I came in today feeling terrible and I just want to say I was extremely happy with how the women in the front and the young gentleman in the front took care of me. The place was super busy and they still were able to make sure the patients were being taken care of. Thank you to the staff remembers for being so professional and caring.

My favorite urgent care ever !!! Seriously. Everyone is extremely helpful, quick and caring. Dr Craig is always amazing, he is very educated and definitely cares about his patients. The nurses are amazing as well. This clinic helped me deal with some stuff important issues in a helpful manner!
