Susan and all of her staff are great. They are always upbeat and encouraging. They are attentive to your physical and emotional needs during the difficult rehabilitation process. They work hard to make your experience fun. This is a small office and the care is very personal
Susan and her entire staff are upbeat, encouraging, patient, concerned, and bring fun to the sometimes grueling process of rehabilitation. With sincere interest in how progress is going, and a professional underpinning that properly protects the privacy of patients and seeks physician guidence when necessary, she pushes as needed and backs off if appropriate. And on days I don't feel motivated to keep working at it, her warm smile and the enthusiastic welcome from the entire staff at each appointment are very helpful! I've seen that they deal with everyone with the same concern and support, and on the few times I've had to wait just a few minutes (>5) to be called back, other patients seemed as enthused about this practice as I am! That speaks volumes...
