It is imperative to share the excellent service that I received from Mike Novak at the OC Fire Station in Laguna Niguel. It speaks volumes when an organization responds quickly to the needs of the community or the neighboring cities. I reside in Laguna Hills and just experienced world class service from Mr. Novak. As a taxpayer, I feel grateful that we have responsible individuals like Mike protecting Orange County. Bravo Mike!!!
