There are not enough words, not enough time, and not enough space here to say all that I would like to say about working with Kendall, because Kendall represents more than a traditional realtor/customer relationship. I have purchased and sold three homes with Kendall since 2003, and the reason that I return to her is because she is completely genuine, and has always worked to find situations for me and my family that will be beneficial in the short and the long term. She is definitely not in this just for the commission.
During difficult times, she was more like a close friend delivering professional advice and steering us away from high risk and towards satisfying solutions that worked out for everyone.
During the most recent transaction, Kendall achieved record sales on our home for the area, and drew top dollar in an extremely competitive market.

There are times when outside help is very needed. When I first met Kendall was at a home she was showing. I had just popped in out of curiosity, as we had started looking.

I was taken by how she handled the situation and made everyone comfortable. There were no questions she did not have straightforward forward easily understood responses. I was thinking that I need to gain more insight into the elegant, openly friendly agent and struck up a conversation while waiting for my wife to come to see the home. We continued to look at homes with other agents showing them. It was apparent that no one match her abilities and depth of knowledge. When we got ready to go, we went to her. From the beginning, she orchestrated everything and was always ready to clarify an activity or what was needed. Ours was not a straightforward engagement as we needed to buy a new home, sell our home and then do a reverse mortgage for the new home. We asked her to refer people she trusted for all aspects. They were all excellent and easy to work with, which was great because it is stressful.
