Stacey Tan Fitness

My teenagers have worked with Stacey for a few years now. She has helped them both tremendously. They are both tennis players and she has helped them with tennis specific fitness to gain speed, agility, strength and endurance that has helped them achieve many of their goals. She always keeps it fresh and fun and pushes them to new heights. She has been a pleasure to work with and has felt like part of the team for years now. We are so grateful for Stacey and we highly recommend her to all!!!!

Stacey is truly an amazing trainer; I’ve been working with her for almost 2 years and I’ve become stronger, faster, and a better athlete all around. Her variety in exercises is vast and she always keeps it fun, tough and new. She motivates and challenges me to push myself to the limits, while still keeping the workout exciting. Stacey has helped me improve my quickness on the tennis court and my all-around strength so I can play longer and harder. I highly recommend Stacey to all!

Stacey is an experienced trainer that takes your workout to a new level. She mixes up the exercises so that they are not boring and she caters them to my physical abilities. I know that I have to work out to keep my health up, even though there are some days I don't feel like it. Having worked out with other trainers who follow a set program and don't individualize the training, you can really appreciate Stacey's experience in the physical fitness area. Her equipment is top notch and better than a regular gym. I highly recommend her services. You will not be disappointed.

I joined Stacey Tan Fitness last month and have to say, am really glad I made this choice. From the start, the team there did a great job of explaining my options, letting me trial a few gym sessions (including classes) and answering my questions. They also offered a free fit session, to help me set a baseline for my fitness goals.
