For first timers, know that you look around and figure out what you want (avoiding the lifts), then go to checkout and pay. From there a slip is provided, you take that outside where people will grab your material and bring to your vehicle in the back.

We showed them a picture and they made great recommendations, and today we had to return some items and they made it a breeze.
