Such an awesome place amazing Hot Yoga and full womans Gym
The teacher lineup is consistently great! My yoga practice has me here atleast 4-6 times a week. The unlimited yoga deal is one of the best around. I've lost 30 pounds in the past year and am in the best shape of my life.
The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that there is no easy access for the men who practice. It's kind of "wonky" to get to restrooms, etc... Other than that, I keep coming back as I want great teachers that are safe and get what yoga is all about.
I started here as a yoga beginner about 3 months ago and I love BHY. The instructors are all excellent, each with their own distinct style and methods, offering you unique benefits in your practice, the front desk staff are very friendly and the price is very reasonable indeed - no need to mess around with coupons. I am speaking as a guy who only has access to the yoga studio; women have access to a gym and very much more. The learning curve was fast and the physiological benefits are instantaneous. The side entrance for guys is a bit of pain, especially if you're arriving in your work clothes, but once you get hooked you soon forget about this minor inconvenience. Mon-Wed evening classes are ideal for unwinding after after a long day. Would be good if they had Thu/Fri too. I highly recommend this place.
The ultimate aim of Beyond Hot Yoga is to serve our members through selfless dedication to their needs. Great people there. Love doing Yoga there. I had moved out of the immediate vicinity. So its a bit of a hike for me to get there, but it is worth the trip.
