We have been on a weight loss journey together and since the pandemic hit it has been difficult finding socially distance activities together that are healthy. The infrared sauna has a long list of amazing benefits and not to mention it was really grounding to disconnect from our devices and relax together. After the sauna we had a 30 minute assisted stretch which left me feeling so relaxed. Will definitely be incorporating this into our daily routine.”
