Caliber Collision’s customer service is phenomenal. They treat you like a real person, not a number and they seem to truly care about giving you the best service you can get. I had a wonderful experience working with Caliber to fix my tailgate (which was rear ended while parked in front of my house). I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

Everyone I interacted with at this Caliber Collision was phenomenal. They have excellent customer service, and they did a superb job on my brand new Toyota Sienna that was rear ended on the freeway. And to top it off, they cleaned the car, inside and out, before returning it to me. They are also a preferred vendor do my insurance, so the transaction was smooth as butter. Great customer service from beginning to end. The repairs were just as expected as outlined by all of the technicians. The repairs and the car wash makes the car look brand new even though it’s a six year old car. They were on time and even under budget. I will bring all of the repairs to my cars here from now on. Best experience I ever had. Sandy in front office, excellent customer service including arranging for the car rental and return. Mike the service advisor kept in constant contact with updates. Car was ready on time and returned to me in better condition then when I dropped it off. The customer service was exemplary , even the manager Mark took the time to make Thank me and wanted to know if there was any more Caliber could do for us.
