Hole in the Wall Burger

This was a small establishment that did not disappoint. The food was fresh and hot when given to us. The quality of the fresh ingredients, the seasonings, the unique flavor of the smothered brick fries, the burning fire of their delicious spicy chicken sandwich, they were all amazing.

I often take my friends to this restaurant with my highest recommendations. I go to this restaurant often. This recommendation is always successful. The dishes they serve are delicious and the team is generous and cooperative. always when we eat in this place we pass a gorgeous evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

True to it's name, they are a little hole in the wall burger joint. Very unassuming but the burgers and fries are great. I think the burger is probably the best you can get in Lake Forest, at least it's the best burger I've paid for in 5 years of living here. The criss-cut fries are good, too. Not overly seasoned or overly fried. My wife and I each had a burger and we split a basket of fries. Perfect amount of food for us. And the fries were still crunchy and warm when we got home almost 15 minutes later. Will definitely be back!

This place is really good! I don't write reviews very often but I'd feel like this place deserves support for the tasty food they make! The burgers are cooked perfectly, nice fresh veggies, and their special sauce is good too. Honestly I'd compare it to an in-n-out burger, but Hole in the Wall's patty is bigger and tastes way better.

If you like waffle fries, they are really nice and crispy here! Also, don't miss out on the tacos, they are worth trying for sure.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful with any recommendations or questions about their menu. I also think the price is very reasonable for the quality of food.

Next time I come back I'll be trying their spicy chicken sandwich!

First time eating here and we were actually looking forward to a new place. The menu is as simple as it gets with a couple of burgers, couple of tacos and criss cut fries. We both ordered the burgers with the secret sauce and fries. I placed the order on the phone and picked up a couple of fresh burgers in 20 min. The gentleman at the front was friendly and very appreciative of our business. He gave us a couple of free sodas and sent us on our way. My only complaint at this point would be the location. It's next to a liquor store which has a lot of loitering men hanging around. I honestly wouldn't have my daughters come and pick up burgers. That being said the burgers were very tasty. The lettuce, onions and bun were fresh and the secret sauce (kinda like thousand island) was a nice touch. The overall size of the burger was about 3x larger than In-N-Out. We both enjoyed the fries and we will be back. This is an excellent value.
