OC Sports and Rehab Physical Therapy

Great experience at OC Sports & Rehab specially with Tom and rest of all other staff!! Met me where I was with my low back condition and provided exact exercises and professional advice for how to work as efficiently as possible on my problem areas. Tom was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the four weeks with him and can say the same for all the other staff members as well. I would give them 6 stars!!

Tom and the rest of the team were amazing. I had bad muscle pain in my back and after several PT sessions I was back to enjoying my everyday activities again. I was given lots of of exercises to practice in order to prevent the injury from happening again. I received personalized, individual attention and won’t go anywhere else in the future. OC Sports and Rehab Lake Forest completely exceeded my expectations. I picked up a bad hip flexor strain playing soccer and couldn't even walk without feeling pain. I was feeling pretty hopeless by the amount of pain I was in and facing the prospect of surgery. Tom put me on a program to get back to playing shape including a variety of exercises to do at home. Tom continued to track my progress and even studied my running form with multiple camera angles. I had a couple plateaus in my recovery and Tom altered the plan to make sure I stayed on recovery track. By month 4 of recovery I was playing again with almost zero discomfort. I very truly may have had to get surgery if it wasn't for OC Sports and Rehab's process and coaching. Huge shout out to these guys including Tom, Jovic and Roman. The front desk is also extremely responsive and makes scheduling appointments easy. I highly recommend this place!!

Best Physical Therapy Facility I've been to. The staff is very attentive to your specific needs. Tom and his guys ask you questions during the therapy to make sure everything is going well. They do everything they can for you to see improvements. Jovic and Mike are thoughtful and seem concerned about each patient. I have seen them for my back and sciatica, and also for my shoulder. I would definitely highly recommend OC Sports and Rehab in Lake Forest!

The staff there is great and they were professional and extremely knowledgeable. They were prompt and on top of it. The atmosphere is very relaxed and you feel immediately comfortable. Kevin was very personable and listened to my symptoms and based the therapy for the visit accordingly. What a difference after just one visit! Left with stretches and exercises to do on my own and felt back in control of my recovery. Highly recommended!!
