  I have really enjoyed Angelo who is on the staff here. He’s been extremely helpful time after time, is always pleasant, kind, and says hello every time I see him. I couldn’t ask for a more friendly guy to have on the staff here.

  This review is for the maintenance crew, specifically Lily. Lily really cares about keeping the complex clean. Sometimes I see her walk past , and straighten up the couches, or pick up garbage off floor, or wipe dust off. I brought to her attention that the dog park has a bad smell. She explained to me why that's so (because of the landscaping issue) but ever since she began cleaning it out, it has been clean and smell free. Aside from being a hard worked, Lily is very personable and a pleasure to run into. It's because of people like Lily we love living here!

  This is a pleasant place to live. We have enjoyed our interactions with staff, from touring the property when it was still under construction, our first move in and the relocation within the property. Nothing is perfect, but all of the requests we have made were addressed, immediately or eventually =). I am thankful for the daily efforts of the maintenance crew and leasing/admin group here at Avalon.
  
  PS Please tell corporate not to raise the prices just because you guys earned good reviews! Please, it's plenty high!

  I just have to say the staff are so very friendly and accommodating. I feel like i call for the silliest things but they make me feel other wise. I have not had any issues and if i did they are very helpful and punctual with taking care of issues. Thank you for providing a safe and clean environment for me and my family.

I'm leaving Avalon Baker Ranch after 23 month. I was excited to move here after living at the Eaves in RSM, I thought Avalon would be a step up, but admittedly I was blinded by the newness of the property. It's billed as a luxury community, but this is still an apartment complex, and it's run as one.
