Xceed Fitness

Xceed Fitness has such a fun atmosphere. I’ve been going there for 5 years. The people make it amazing! Everyone’s at different levels of ability, but the coaches treat everyone the same ensuring safe movements and proper form. Owen has helped so many safely go from barely walking due to an injury or illness to squating with heavy weight. Their trainers are very educated in movement patterns and always there to give extra help and coaching. It’s inspiring to to a part of a community that supports each others fitness goals while having so much fun getting there. Highly recommend you check it out!

This is my personal experience I've been to different fitness gyms and have come across Owen's gym by far best experience. I came in with Goals in mind thinking these were far fetched. Talking to Owen and working out has given me the confidence I can achieve these. Not only does he assess your level but breaks down step by step what you need to achieve more than you think u are capable of. Always greeted with a smile even thought there is more than one person explains how and what to do clearly and corrects you when he sees bad form. I took a chance and can tell u its been very rewarding. If ur around the area give it a try and you wont regret it. Your not just a dollar sign in his eyes. He genuinely wants to help you help yourself. Thanks Owen you rock.

Been training with Owen at XCeed for approximately four years now. The strength training and Owens guidance have been great. It took some time of course but have been able to manage through a former injury through the strengthening of the leg. Have been able to play golf pain free for the first time in years. Working with Owen has been great and the results have been very motivating!!!!!!

I look forward to coming in everyday. It is a great workout environment with an awesome staff. Owen is a great head trainer and I encourage anyone looking to work out to come in!

Changed my health because of this place, better than 24 or any other gym. Workout classes are fun and challenging, clients are like family!!! Owen is the best!
