(January 19, 2021, 3:11 pm)I was a new patient and Dr Neal spent at least an hour with me. Very thorough and ready to answer questions, not hurried at all.
I was told to get to the office 30 minutes before my appt. and filling out forms took all of that. Frustrating that you have to fill out the same personal information twice, on the administrative forms and the medical forms. They said I could have done the forms on the website, but neither the emails I got, nor the confirmation phone call, nor the text message mentioned that.
