SCENT- Southern California Ear, Nose, and Throat

Dr. Varma and her assistant, FNP Mr. Sherman, are very attentive to all of my conditions and "issues." I never feel rushed, and they spend all the time necessary to answer my questions and make suggestions. I've been going to SCENT for a number of years and am especially happy that in the past year they've opened an office in Los Alamitos very close to where I live, and I can also get my audiology/hearing aid services taken care of in the same office.

My daughter has seen Dr. Varma since 2016 and she is truly the best. She is wonderful with children and so knowledgeable. I’ve referred many friends to her over the years. She really cares about her patients and we never feel rushed during our appointments.

The front office staff are friendly and efficient. The waiting room is clean and allows for social distancing.

They really listened to my issues and asked follow up questions that really helped in determining my course of treatment.

The office was very clean and the staff was friendly and organized. And during these crazy times, it's all appreciated. My time in the waiting room was kept to a minimum and Dr. Varma was thorough and thoughtful in asking her questions and recording my responses. We have a plan for next steps in my treatment and diagnosis and I'm looking forward to working with Dr. Varma and her team for successful outcome.
