To put it simply Doc P is awesome. He didn’t have me wait very long and he worked quickly and efficiently. On top of that he was kind and chatted with me through the whole procedure. On top of that the staff was friendly and kind through the whole thing.
The actual procedure for the vasectomy was quick and painless. Doctor Pugach actully informed me about the whole thing and even gave me some of the history of it when I asked. So if your unsure please talk to the doctor and his associates. I guarantee that you won’t be disappointed.

I had a minor procedure here today and just wanted to share my experience. So right from the start the lady on the phone (Kim) was very friendly and professional. She took my info and promised to get back to me... and she did just that! When I visited the office, the ladies up front again very friendly, very helpful and just great professionals all the way. And last was the procedure! The doctor explained everything as he worked and also has a great bedside manner! I can not say enough about the office!!!

I had an outstanding experience at Pacific coast Urology where I had a vasectomy done. The staff are so patient, polite and treat you like a new patient should be treated. Dr. Pugach put me right at ease before and during my vasectomy, by the time we stopped talking the procedure was completed. I had absolutely no pain or discomfort, it has been 3 days since I had it done and I'm already walking around normal. I highly recommend Dr. Pugach and his staff to anyone guy wanting or thinking about getting a vasectomy.

PCU is the best as far as urologist problem. The doctor P is not a great people person but knows his stuff. Staff is awesome beginning with Christina, Alicia, Aurora, Marci! Evan is an angel that has the hands of a surgeon you don't feel a thing. And believe me you don't want to when it's that part of your body. Highly recommend Pacific Coast Urologist.

tl;dr: Ok fellas, here's the nitty gritty on this place, that's what we're looking for right!? Pugach is excellent, get your vasectomy done here! Practically painless, 30 minutes in-n-out just like like Mike G.! Enough said.

Now the details. To start, I got 3 consultations including Dr. Pugach. I figured if someone's going to be permanently altering my manhood I should perform a little due diligence to insure the Doc I go with is up to the task at hand! First impressions: I knew I would dread the drive back from San Diego AFTER the operation, the LA place just wasn't my cup of tea and Pacific Coast was nearby and inviting. So, good first impression from Dr Pugach, Ms Tran and the Pacific Coast team.

From there I dug a little deeper. Once I looked under the hood I found what I was looking for! At first was a little skeptical about Pacific Coast because of Paulina B. then I realized that was based on a phone call from NV then Krishna K which made me think, wait a minute, I use my real name and where's Fremont!? After doing a quick google search on each of these I found that Dr Pugach is incredibly qualified, including recent training at a prestigious institution (can't lie, smarts impressed both me and my sack), the SD practice used the same office as gyno's and ophthalmologists (meh), and couldn't find much info online about the LA practice (a little suspect). At any rate, Pacific Coast stood out amongst the rest and I sealed my fate with Mrs Pugach after my consultation.

On the day of my appointment I showed up a little early, jock strapped and all. I was ready to rock! In all honesty, I needed to pump myself up for this, so I hit the gym and hit leg day with squats, presses and lunges (plus I knew I'd be out of commission for a week). Needless to say I was ready for the big operation. 20 mins later it was done, hahaha.

Dr. Pugach came in, numbed it up and we talked about sports, family and finances. By the time we got to him being as smart as Buffett by his timely exposure to air lines all was said and done.

Mrs Pugach is phenomenal! Mrs Pugach runs this joint effortlessly, no offense Dr Pugach, and left me with these parting words of wisdom as well as my weekend directive, rest and last but not least your shots are still loaded! Mrs Pugach is the first person I spoke with at Pacific Coast and the last, I can't say enough about how inviting and personable she is, she makes you feel like you're talking with an old friend about your vas, really a gem.

With that said, damn that was long, can't recommend this outfit enough.
