I am coming back here again because the entire experience felt good. I didn't feel the commerce aspect of it at all. I liked that Rick said that the store will be there for my son as he becomes more proficient with his guitar. That type of stuff is more important than anything else out there.

This store is not only amazing in the Guitars and gear that it has to offer but the manager is super friendly and knowledgeable person who will help you find exactly what you are looking for.

Bought my son’s first violin here years ago and then kept going back for help over the last 5 years. They even took off and glued a fingerboard back onto one of our cellos, once, after a DIY fiasco- after many other places refused to help me. And they were so kind about it and very reasonably priced. Love this place!

The staff here has been so kind and helpful. I purchased strings for my guitar. They ended up being the wrong kind of string so I took them back and was able to exchange them for different strings with no problem. The staff member actually gave me a tutorial on how to change the strings because I had never done that before. I highly recommend you come to this place first before going elsewhere.
