He has done everything from unclogging drains to completely remodeling two bathrooms for us, as well as working on our outdoor irrigation and drain systems. He is a perfectionist who makes sure everything is done right, he is professional and friendly, and he is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend Ferris Family Plumbing.
(September 22, 2021, 1:06 pm)Joe is the best plumber I have ever used. We started with a repair of our hot water heater. He came on a Saturday and did not upcharge us for a weekend visit. He was fair with his pricing and always communicated. I decided to ask him if he could give us a quote on moving a hot water heater as part of a remodel. He did such a good job that I asked to help with all plumbing associated with our remodeling all three bathrooms. It has been a complicated and challenging remodel at times. Joe has always figured it out and has never said no, no matter how difficult the challenge was. He has a great attitude, shows up on time, communicates and is fair in his pricing. I highly recommend him.
(September 21, 2021, 9:40 pm)I called Joe last Saturday afternoon when my kitchen sink clogged. He came a few hours later, when he could. Even though it was Saturday he did not charge extra. He had the perfect sized tools that fit in the limited space. He worked efficiently and told us what the problem was so I would not cause that exact problem again. He is courteous, professional, helpful and affordable. We will call on Joe the next time we have a plumbing problem.

(September 15, 2021, 10:59 am)Joe Ferris is awesome! He is my go to plumber. He has done numerous plumbing jobs at my house and rental home. He is always on time, gives fair prices and is very responsive to my phone calls. I highly recommend him for any plumbing job, you won’t regret it. I have referred many friends and neighbors and they couldn’t be happier.
