Very nice friendly staff. First of all, I had an error in the address and could not find the doctor's office, the security guard onsite went above and beyond to help me locate the office. Also, a staff member gave me a bottle of water when the drinking fountain ran out of cups. What great and caring people. To top it all, Dr Bae is friendly, thorough and professional. I had a great experience at that facility thanks to ALL the staff and the security guard on duty this morning (08/02).
Dr Bae is wonderful. He spent a lot of time explaining the procedure and it went great.
I do not know about Kristen's ordeal, however, my families experience with Dr. Bae was absolutely phenomenol. My father went into the ER two weeks ago for high blood sugar, and unbeknownst to him, he had internal bleeding in the stomach. Dr. Bae was at his bedsixe in the ER at 7 in the morning, and fast forward through 15 blood transfusions and four procedures to stop the bleeding, could not see past a blood clot. At 9pm the same day, he decided to try and look one more time, and found the last three areas that were impeding my dad from being able to retain the blood from the transfusions. He cauterized them and my dads blood counts began to improve. Had it not been for Dr. Bae's vigilance and determination to figure out what was wrong with my dad, he would have died. I am forever grateful for this Dr., and am thankful he was the doctor that was on duty that day.
