Rick and Eddie were absolutely an answer to my prayers! I needed help ASAP for an emergency involving a disastrous job previously done by another (totally incompetent) plumber. POP's Family Plumbing came the very next morning! I had no idea to what extent my project would be affected. I needed somebody who would be honest, because I was aware that whatever corrections needed to be made would have to be made, which means that the budget was uncertain.

Rick and Eddie worked together seamlessly. They assessed the situation quickly, determined the correct course of action, and ensured that the work to install my shower pan, bathroom walls, and tile could continue without major disruption to the process. I had a leak from my jacuzzi bath tub which I discovered when my downstairs ceiling was dripping water. I called Pop’s Family plumbing. They were very fast in scheduling an appointment , finding the broken pipe and repairing the pipe. They are very professional. I highly recommend them

Had an unexpected leak so I simply googled and decided to give these guys a call and thank goodness I did. First Shannon was patient and very quick with her responses. We figured out what the issue was and told me the guys would text me when they were on their way. Rick and Eddie showed up and in less than an hour they fixed it and were gone.
