I got 7 different quotes ranging from Costco, Home Depot to shops that have been around for over 16 years. We decided to go with Michael and Jerry because they were so kind and trustworthy and mostly HAPPY. Everytime I walked into the show room or even talking with them on the phone they were always so nice caring and positive. It's imprint when dealing with such a big and expensive project to go with friendly, nice, caring and helpful people who have their hearts in it, instead of in it just for the money. Any concern or issue that occurred they answered quickly and efficiently. Micheal even came to my house the day of insulation because I was freaking out about which direction the planks should go.
We made an excellent decision to go with them and I am giving out extra planks I have and telling all my friends and family to go with them to because I was so happy with the process and the results.

Jerry and his team are amazing! I went in without a clue of what I wanted and Jerry took the time to show me samples and move them around on the showroom floor so I could see them in different lighting. I appreciated that he encouraged me to take my favorites home to test them out before making my decision. He stayed in touch throughout the process and even worked with me to return my extra boxes of flooring. The new flooring makes my condo look brand new feel more like my own. The owner Jerry is fantastic and the customer service is some of the best I have had with a business in a long time. They really take the time to make sure they explain all the different types of flooring's and also helped me get the best product with the budget I have to remodel with.
