Geoffrey and Gus have been outstanding. My wife’s car had some peculiar engine challenges, required…2 months at Mesman Motors. But that’s not the issue; both gentlemen worked diligently to locate the source of the problem and fix it. That level of diligence is priceless. They have earned a customer for life.

They are really great! Very careful to be clear and upfront about the work they do — no surprise costs. They use a very cool website to show the condition pf each part of your car they check (pictures plus their notes/recommendation.) Also they don’t upsell about the work they do. The priority is more keeping track of the condition of your car and working on it as you see best fit. They will give recommendations of what needs more immediate attention (versus what can wait), but they will listen to you first on what you want done and will follow that. For women car owners especially, this is a great option (you will be listened to and respected as an equal in discussions.) I worked with Geoff in particular (the owner) and he was fantastic. Alex was also a technician on my Honda CRZ. Thank you both for finishing all the work the same day I brought it in!

considering mesman has probably done every single repair on my car that u can ever do i can say they are 5/5 for service and communication they really do care about your cars and your wishes. I asked for my car to be inside because when it rains my car tends to short circuit and like other shops i was expecting them to leave it outside in the rain and blame it on me but they personally called me to ask me when i could come in and help air up the car to move it in the shop. Very well trust geoff and gus do an amazing job at that shop much love to you guys.
