I came in for the first time and everyone was very friendly. The owner, Will, introduced himself to me as soon as he saw me. I went in to see what kind of boxing program they had. I met Chuck, who runs the boxing program there. I was very happy to find out he works one on one with everyone, and you don't have to pay extra for that. I haven't seen that before at MMA gyms. It was such a positive environment. Not all hard core and testosterone pumped like I've seen at other places. There were plenty of middle aged men and women there just to get in better shape, as well as amateur competitors. Everyone seems to be friendly with everyone. They made me feel comfortable about myself and I didn't feel intimidated in the least bit, which I personally have felt at other places. Positive friendly environment.
