(April 30, 2018, 7:41 am)We have extremely high foot traffic on our stairs and hallway. Every time Dr. Carpet cleans our carpet we can see all the dark and dirty water they extract from our carpet. They really help us maintain a clean carpet for years.

Our job was not so simple and we needed stretching before the cleaning in 3 areas. Rich was able to help us with the stretching as well as the cleaning. He did a clean job and is a friendly guy.
(February 13, 2018, 5:01 am)My tenant had a small leak from the bathroom on the carpet. Dr. Carpet came 3 hours after i called for service and did a fantastic job replacing the pad and disinfecting my carpet. I am very pleased with their work and service.
