Drew is a great trainer, has lots of innovative exercises for people of all ages and physical strengths, and has a loyal following of clients. I have been coming here for 2 years and have met many of his +10 year clients who continue to come to him once or twice a week, some even more frequently. Drew pays attention to details like proper forms, and is mindful of each person's unique limitations and challenges. Great trainer, authentic personality, lots of fun (while he kicks your ass). I commute 20 minutes to see him, and some clients drive over an hour just to come train with him, definitely worth the time and effort (and the eventual results too).
